About Western Silica Industries Ltd.

Bangladesh has a huge demand of sodium silicate and is used as a crucial raw material by Soap, Corrugated Box, Ceramic and Welding Electrode industries in the country but producing a very little. As a result Millions of Dollar have to be spent every year to import sodium silicate. As a rice producing country, Bangladesh has a lots of potential in sodium silicate production from Agro-waste like Rice Husk Ash(RHA). Western Silica Industries Limited is now producing high quality100% pure and clean liquid sodium silicate from Agro-waste - Rice Husk Ash (RHA) using modern technology to meet the demand of the country. To ensure the quality of the sodium silicate, Western Silica Industries Limited has established a Quality Control Lab for the customers.

Production Goal :

Western Silica Industries Limited has set an annual production capacity of 15000metric tons. The first year will be produce 11000metric tons, the second year will be produce 12000metric tons and from the 3rd year will be produce 15000metric tons.
